Mr. Tiel Smith, Land and Resources Manager for the Bristol Bay Native Corporation (BBNC), is a very welcome addition to Andover’s Advisory Board given the recently announced five-property deal (see August 24th, 2006 press release) with the BBNC. Mr. Smith is committed to maintaining the balance between land development and culture preservation for the BBNC. “We keep this focus as we pursue BBNC’s land and resource goals.” BBNC’s land and resource goals include oil, gas, and mineral exploration and development; identification of traditional geographic place naming; capitol improvement projects; sand, gravel, and rock sales; conveyance management; and mapping projects.

Mr. Jay Oness brings to Andover his extensive experience and education in all aspects of corporate management with strengths in strategic planning, business development and investor relations for public companies. He has served as a director, executive and consultant to a wide variety of corporations over a 30+ year career. These would include, among many others, VP Investor & Corporate Relations for Manex Resource Group Inc., President/Director Onestar Consulting, Director, Sierra Geothermal Power.
