Mr. Riederer has 35 years of exploration, development and mining experience throughout the Western United States and Australia. He has project managed a myriad of Federal and State permitting requirements, fast tracked numerous pre-feasibility/feasibility studies and EPCM for base and precious metal projects.
Chief Development Officer
Mr. Thornton has 45 years of experience in the mining industry beginning with the Anaconda Copper Co. in the Butte underground mines. Following completion of a graduate degree from NYU he spent six years with Anaconda followed by 13 years with Amax Inc. in mine planning and construction management. In the 1980’s he moved to South Africa to become owner/operator of a gold mine.
In 1991 he joined Mintec Inc, where he was responsible for resource and reserve estimations and mine planning in many feasibility studies and project financings. For the past two and a half years, as COO of Gammon Lake Resources, he managed the on budget construction of the Ocampo gold silver mines complex in Chihuahua, Mexico.

Mr. Lajack has worked in lode mineral exploration since the early 1980's. In 1985 he founded a successful prospecting syndicate (Lajack and Associates) which still has active properties in Alaska. Mr. Lajack is a founding member and President of Royal Pretoria Gold Ltd., a private exploration company, incorporated in Alaska in August 2000. Mr. Lajack has worked as a consultant in the industry and has co-authored published papers on geology and geochemistry.

Mr. Gordon Blankstein holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Blankstein is an international financier having founded several startup companies, overseen their growth and ultimate disposition. Most notably these include ICG, GST Telecom, NACT Telecom and Bestel SA de CV,. Mr. Blankstein currently serves on the Board of Directors of Genco Resources (GGC - TSX Venture Tier 1), Mr. Blankstein, along with fellow Andover board member Robert Gardner, were instrumental in putting together the La Guitarra acquisition and in building the management and advisory teams of Genco. Mr. Blankstein also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Digifonica International Corporation, a Burnaby, British Columbia, based company developing Internet telephony platforms as well as a director of Tribeworks Inc., (US:TWKS), DBA as Atlas Technology Group, a company that provides outsourced application software support, based in Malta, with offices in Redmond WA and Wellington, New Zealand. Mr. Blankstein is also the founder and remains active in the Mountainview Conservation Society.

Mr. Robert Gardner Q.C. has served on the Boards of several public mining companies. He specializes in acquisitions and was instrumental in locating and negotiating the purchase of the La Guitarra Mine from Wheaton River and Luismin. He was educated at Cambridge University and is called to the Bars of British Columbia, England and Wales. He is currently Chairman of the Executive Committee of Genco Resources, a tier one TSX Venture listed company.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Moorhouse graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1992 with a B.A., and then went on to complete the academic requirements for his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1999. He possesses a variety of experience in project planning, administration and organizational finance including that of Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Liller has more than 28 years experience in exploration and mine development, including Vice President of Exploration of Gammon Lake Resources and is currently President of Genco Resources Ltd.

Mr. Smith is a practicing lawyer with Gowlings, Lefleur, Henderson, LLP of Toronto, Ontario. He is the former Minister of Energy and Mines, former Education Minister and former Attorney General of the Province of British Columbia, and is also former Chairman of BC Hydro and former Chairman of Canadian National Railways.

Director - Mr. Schauer was born and educated in Germany and spent 20 years as an international banker, 15 years of which were as Regional Treasurer Asia Pacific for the Deutsche Bank group based in Hong Kong. Mr. Schauer now runs his own consultancy and investment business based in New Zealand. |
